Meridian stretching exercises
Meridian stretches should be done on the principle of bending
Feet shoulder-width apart, toes slightly inwards, hands behind the back with the thumbs joined. Deep slow bend forward, arms rise from behind, arms and legs straight.
Sit on the ground, legs as far apart as possible. Bending towards the right leg. Grab the big toe with your right hand, palm up. Then bring the left hand over the head and grab the 4 toes. Repeat the same towards the other side.
Sit on the ground, legs straight and parallel in front. Bend forward, left hand over right hand and grasp small toes. The legs are straight and the head is on the knees.
Sit on the ground, feet together. Hands interlaced around toes. Then a maximum forward bend.
Cross your legs, cross your arms. Fingers rest on knees. Maximum forward bending. Buttocks are left behind.
Sit on the floor between your legs and get down on your back. Put your hands over your head. Can also be done with one leg.
During stretches, breathing occurs from the abdominal area. At the moment of stretching, focus on the painful place and exhale - then the block will move away from the body. Each exercise is accompanied by 6 emphasized exhalations, then holding the breath and 6 more exhalations. There should be 5-10 minutes in each stretch. Make sure your chin is against your chest in all stretches. Do not inhale too sharply. Use even and fused breathing. Before stretching, align your midline and straighten your shoulders. Pain is a message from the heart that stays inside us and waits inside until it wants to come out as a disease.
Our muscles and body are like a box e.packing - it gives us a sense of security, but inside are the meridians and me. We would need to listen to the voice in the box and rescue him from there. Shindo stretches are a very good method for this. Humans have a habit of looking for everything outside: love, energy, security. All these elements exist within us - we only need to open these outlets. Looking for energy from afar is a momentary and quickly disappearing feeling.
